1. What is the Smart Gold – Sony Ericsson Entertainment Unlimited Raffle Tie Up?

New Subscribers and those under Retention who avail of selected Sony Ericsson handsets can get a chance to win various prizes. Participating handsets are:
o SE Naite
o SE W595
o SE W705
o SE Aino

2. Am I automatically qualified to win if I will avail one of the handsets in the promo?

No. You must first register via SMS in order to qualify for the raffle promo. Text SEREGName/Co
mplete Address/Handset model to 3830.

Ex: SE REG Juan dela Cruz/123 Rose St., Brgy Bulaklakin, Quezon City/Aino.

3. What prizes are at stake?

It depends on what kind of handset plan you availed of. Check out the list below.

4. How do I join?

You must register via SMS in order to qualify. Text SEREGName/Complete Address/Handset model to access code 3830. Ex: SE REG Juan dela Cruz/123 Rose St., Brgy Bulaklakin, Quezon City/Aino.

5. When is the Raffle promo? When is the draw date?

Promo period is from March 19 to May 30, 2010. Handsets bought within the promo period must register via SMS within the promo period to join the raffle . Raffle draw: June 2, 2010.

6. Do I need to enter my complete name and address?

YES :) For example: Juan S. Dela Cruz/123 Rosal St. Brgy. Bulaklakin, Project 6, Quezon City, Philippines

7. How will I know if I am successfully registered in the raffle?

You'll get an SMS from access code 3830 that says: Ur mobile # is now registered to the SMART Gold-Sony Ericsson Raffle Promo. Raffle draw will be held on June 2, 2010. See posters and flyers for complete details. Per DTI Permit # 0786 Series of 2010. For inquiries, visit www.smart.com.ph/gold.

8. I registered using a handset that is different from the one I purchased for the promo. Will I still qualify?

If you availed of any of the included handsets under a Smart Gold Plan (see Item#1), and you registered using the qualified cellphone number, you're still in for the raffle.

9. I wasn't able to register for the promo. The sales officer didn't inform me.

No worries! You can still register and join the raffle anytime between March 19 to May 30, 2010.

10. How soon after the draw date will SMART call the winners?

We'll call within 5 working days from draw date.

11. How will I know if I win?

You'll receive a letter and a call from SMART. You will also be advised on the requirements for claiming your prize.

12. How do I claim my prize?

Prizes will be delivered to your home care of Sony Ericsson. When you receive the call, arrangements will be discussed with you on when and how the prize will be delivered.

13. Can my authorized representative receive the prize upon delivery?

Surely, an authorized representative may claim the prize provided the following requirements are complete.
- The mailed notification letter addressed to the winner
- Two (2) original valid IDs of the winning subscriber
- Authorization Letter
- Two (2) original valid IDs of representative
- The winning active SMART SIM
- Optional:
o Qualified Sony Ericsson handset used for registration
o Successful Registration SMS from access code 3830

14. What are the requirements needed for me to claim/receive the prize upon delivery to my home?

You MUST NOT have any overdue/unpaid balances :) Any dues must be paid in full in order to claim the prize. The following must also be presented in order to receive the delivered prize:
- The mailed notification letter addressed to the winner
- Two (2) original valid IDs of the winning subscriber
- The winning active SMART SIM
- Optional:
o Qualified Sony Ericsson handset used for registration
o Successful Registration SMS from access code 3830

15. Is there an initial cash out requirement to be able to qualify in this promo?

None. However, FREE handsets under Plan 500, 800, and 1200 must be availed of under the Auto-Debit Agreement. Otherwise, the following cash out are required:
- Plan 500: P1,000 cash out
- Plan 800: P 700 cash out
- Plan 1200: P 300 cash out

16. What happens if I am not able to receive my prize within the 60-day redemption period?

Your prize will be forfeited in favor of Smart Communications, Inc. Better claim early!

17. Can I interchange or request for the prize not allotted for my handset? Can I just pay the excess amount?

No, the prizes to be won are according to the handset availed, no exchanges please :)

18. Can I choose the color if I will win the PSP/PS3?

Sorry, but the color of prizes depends on currently available stocks of Sony Ericsson.

19. Who do I contact in case there is a problem with my Sony Bravia LCD TV / Sony PS3 Slim / Sony PSP?

You may contact the Sony Philippines Service Center Hotline at (02)330-1111 for any technical concerns on the prizes.
