MNP Exclusive: IMMORTALTXT WILL BE BACK THIS WEEK

Globe Telecom is indeed full of surprises lately. After the big 4438 surprise last April 4, which is My Rewards My Globe, Globe is cooking something delightful once again!

A network insider has just informed me that our much-loved IMMORTALTXT will be relaunched anytime this week! It's true, it's true. My source is very reliable.

Finally, after much clamor from Globe Tattoo subscribers to revive IMMORTALTXT, Globe chose to listen and give what the people want. That's what I like about Globe more than any other networks, they innovate and now they listen. Cool, huh!

Watch out for the return of IMMORTALTXT this week!

Smart May Be Cooking Something Customer Service-Related

Smart seems to be cooking something. Smart, on its Facebook fan page posted a poll today.

Here's the content:

Answer our poll question below from now until 11pm of April 15 and get a chance to win SMART premium items via raffle. Thanks!

option 1:Sure! Why not?
option 2:Yes, but with limitations and conditions.
option 3:Nope. I still prefer face-to-face agents.

It seems like they are doing something about customer service. They are already delivering customer support through Twitter (twitter.com/smartcares). But I wonder what they are planning this time..

Hmmm. What do you think?
